Flushing, food reactions, anxiety, insomnia…

Sara was told by doctor after doctor it was “just anxiety.”

But we looked deeper and found estrogen dominance was driving her MCAS symptoms.

Trying to detox from mold but not sure where to start at home?

You don’t need to rip out your drywall or move out of your house (at least not without cause!)

I'd start with these habits I actually use myself 👇

1️⃣ Use a dehumidifier to keep humidity below 50% and run an air purifier (many HVAC's will do this) and use a good air purifier
2️⃣ Open your windows daily to move stagnant air + spores out
3️⃣ Do castor oil packs 1–2x/week to support detox pathways (start low and slow if you've never done them!)
4️⃣ Use an infrared sauna (or Epsom salt bath) to gently sweat out toxins

The goal here?

Support your body and your environment at the same time, without overwhelming yourself.

Remember: mold detox is a marathon, not a sprint.

And your body needs preparation and gentle, consistent support to truly heal.

Let’s clear something up:

Histamine overload isn’t just about sneezing or allergies. 🙅🏼‍♀️

When your body can’t clear histamine properly, it builds up, and you’ll feel it everywhere.

I talk often about the "weird" signs that might point to increased histamine, but here are 5 of the more common signs I see when your histamine bucket is full:

1️⃣ Migraines
2️⃣ Skin issues like hives, itching, or tingling
3️⃣ Racing heart
4️⃣ Gut issues like bloating or reflux
5️⃣ Hormonal mood swings (especially before your period)
6️⃣ Insomnia

You're already feeling sick, tired, unlike yourself, so don't let the idea of a detox overwhelm you!

Detox doesn’t have to be complicated, expensive, or extreme. 🙅🏼‍♀️

In fact, your body is already detoxing for you every single day.

Your job?

Just support it. 💪

Here’s my routine that I acutally use to help your liver, lymph, gut, and skin do their job (without stressing your system out):

✨ Most mornings I will rebound to get things flowing, followed by my infrared sauna or a walk to sweat it all out.
✨ Throughout the day, I'll continue moving my body and hydrating with electrolytes.
✨ In the evening, I'll either dry brush and take an epsom salt bath, sauna or apply a castor oil pack before bed.

Don't forget, when you add these detox practices into your life, go low and slow. You don't want to cause any additional stress to your body!

Most importantly, remember that detoxing (from mold, toxins, or chemcials!) isn't about doing everything at one time. It's about doing a little bit every day to keep your body balanced.
