According to positive psychology, celebrating your achievements -even small ones- plays a key role in boosting wellbeing and motivation. Research shows that acknowledging progress helps reinforce positive emotions, builds self-efficacy and strengthens resilience. It trains your brain to focus on what’s working, which over time increases optimism and overall life satisfaction. It’s important to remember that taking time to celebrate isn’t self-indulgent -it’s scientifically backed self-care.

Just a little reminder that true abundance isn’t just about money or success -it’s about feeling fulfilled, aligned, and joyful in how you live each day. When you regularly make time for the things that light you up, you invite more energy, clarity, and purpose into your life. Whether it’s a creative hobby, spending time in nature or attending wellbeing events that inspire you, honouring what you love isn’t selfish — it’s essential. Start small, but start now -your happiness grows from those choices.

A recent new analysis of meta studies has found that exercise is more beneficial for conditions like anxiety and depression than standard psychotherapy or medications and that all forms of exercise produce significant health benefits. When you’re feeling low, the last thing you probably want to do is get active. Exercise is one of the most powerful tools for improving mental health. Physical activity releases endorphins, which help to reduce stress, anxiety and depression while boosting your overall mood. It provides a natural way to relieve tension, promoting relaxation and mental clarity.
