When you undergo stress and tense, take for a brisk walk in a fresh air because a stressful condition increase the level of stress hormones such as the adrenaline and the cortisol in your body.

And do exercises as well because it can be used as a factor to metabolize the immoderate stress hormones and restore your body and mind to be calm and more relaxed state.

No doubt there will be bad days. In any given case, this is valid for everyone, but it can be magnified by anyone affected by mental illness. Poor days will be here. Do not dwell on the bad days; concentrate on the good ones. Knocking us down is natural for life, it's nature. Our push to get back up is what sets us apart from each other. Get up, and carry ahead.

Whenever you feel stressed, always tell to yourself that you are not alone. Your family and your friends are here to listen to your thoughts. Open up to them so that your burden will be lifted up.

Your feelings are valid.

Feelings need to be acknowledge and understood as they arise. It deserve to be heard. Everyone have the right to feel what emotion they want to express.

Calm Down.

Just take things slowly, you do not have to rush or force yourself for something that you wanna achieve because good thing takes time. Always focus on the present things and what you can do today.

With numerous tasks pouring in, we tend to feel stressed and tired. Stress is the feeling of a person when dealing in a overwhelming situation. This can cause emotional and physical symptoms including exhaustion, headaches, and chest pain.

Yes, stress is just normal for people but we should not always focus on how stress we are nor on how it could affect us instead, let us make our own ways to reduce and avoid stress. By doing simple things like, changing our routine when it feels like it is not a good thing for us. Always check ourselves from time to time and if we are feeling tired, do not hesitate to take a break. Even doing simple things that we enjoy to do, it can help us to relieve our stress, especially by writing what we feel or by just listening on a relaxing music. These simple ways can definitely help us to still feel positive in every situation we are encountering.

No matter how busy we are, we must not forget that our mental health is important. It's okay to take a moment to yourself and just breathe.
