Thank you Zahav Events for having me featured in Martha Stewart discussing the needs of an elimination diet (https://www.marthastewart.com/8144251/elimination-diet-tips). Meal times should be an enjoyable experience with less focus on food and more focus on fun! I help parents reduce the stress and anxiety around feeding their families, especially picky eaters. However, when a child or parent is faced with challenges such as an allergy or sensitivity, it can become an overwhelming daily battle.
So many of us are fortunate to be able to enjoy foods without thinking twice but many people are affected by allergies and sensitivities, leaving them with debilitating symptoms, which can sometimes be life threatening. I am honored that every day I get to help those of you suffering to make meal times a more positive and less stressful experience.
