Let’s break down the 4 stress responses your body might be using:

⚔️ Fight: Feeling aggressive, defensive, or snapping at people? This is your body saying, “I’m ready to face the threat head-on.”

🏃‍♂️ Flight: Overwhelmed and want to avoid everything? Your body might be saying, “Run away before it gets worse.”

🤝 Fawn: People-pleasing, overly agreeable, or ignoring your own needs? You’re trying to avoid conflict by keeping peace.

❄️ Freeze: Feeling stuck, zoning out, or numb? Your body is signaling, “I don’t know how to move forward.”
