My name is Alison Avayu and I created ABC Health & Wellness out of my love for staying fit, eating healthy and helping others find that happy balance in life. It all started back in high school for me when I was very active in a wide variety of sports. I was always trying to find out the best way to eat healthy foods and enjoyed learning more about nutrition. None of what I learned really started
to sink in until I was training for my marathon in 2009. I quickly learned what it meant to "listen to your body" and discovered just what types of foods/drinks my body needed to perform at its best. Since 2009, and with the help of one of my best friends who happens to be in the health industry as very talented Chiropractor, I have slowly adjusted my diet to include more REAL foods and even WHOLE foods supplements. When my friend introduced me to Xyngular, I knew right away that if it was something she believed in for herself and her family, then I should definitely take it into consideration. My husband had decided he wanted to lose a bit of weight so we figured why not give them a try. In just a few days we were both blown away by the results.
