Very chafed, very chuffed

Mountains got climbed, rivers got rode and I think it’s fair to say we put together a s**t hot stag do for the main man

(And yes we made him wear a fairy princess outfit up Snowdon)🧚‍♂️

18.4kg later..

(And we still aren’t done yet)

Tried personal training before..

Tried the diets before (you know the ones)

Never enjoyed it

Never felt fulfilled or felt like it was the right thing for her

So 6 months ago Amelia reached out and we began working together🤝

I could sit here and tell you it was the nutrition plan we put in place

I could tell you we put some incredibly advanced training system in to ‘melt bodyfat’

But I speak truthfully when I say

We just made the process enjoyable

Which created consistency

We had a plan from the start which created understanding and trust

We knew why we were doing it

I speak about it a lot but if you don’t understand why you’re doing this then willpower and motivation will run dry quickly

Amelia knew she wanted to inspire her kids to be fit AND strong, improve her physical and mental health

She says regularly that this honestly saved her life as the road she was on was not leading to a healthy version of herself

So it’s so important

Don’t get caught up in the marketing of someone’s bodyfat melting guide

Get a plan and stick to it for 6 months and you’ll be a completely different person, mentally and physically

If you want results like these, to enjoy the process and come out the otherside with results that actually stick around

You can shoot me a message to find out how we can work together 🤝

Have a splendid Thursday my friends ❤️

The exact way this years resolution won’t be another failed attempt👇

Think of a smoker

They will never quit smoking while they’re counting the days they haven’t had a cigarette, saying “no I’m trying to quit” when offered a one.

the ONLY time someone quits for good is when they become a person that doesn’t smoke. When offered one it’s “no I don’t smoke”.

Why am I telling you about smokers? Because it creates identity. Identity will be the greatest catalyst of change in your life.

It’s not “I don’t want to go to the gym” it’s “of course I go to the gym, I’m a gym person”

It’s not “oh I’ll just order a takeaway” it’s “I cook my own food, I take care of my body”

It’s not staying up until 2am watching Netflix, it’s “I go to bed at a regular time because I care about how I feel the next day”

So it’s no longer about WHAT you want to achieve this year But more who do you need to become to achieve these things?

You become the main character of your own story and completely change the narrative of your self talk and your actions

So now spend this year pretending you’re the main character of your own movie, and every decision and action you make will be watched by everyone, then you’ll become that person.

The theme of this year has been:

“You can’t connect the dots looking forward; you can only connect them looking back. So you have to trust that the dots will somehow connect in your future” - Steve Jobs

There’s been some mad ups and downs

But looking back it all makes sense (maybe not the wrist injury, that was just straight up annoying)

Started it out in Bali

Lived in Australia for 6 months working and sunning it up ☀️

Came home and surprised both my parents after being away for 18 months 🥹

After having 3 weeks of being home I had the hardest decision to make

Staying home with everyone closest to me or going back to the country that perfectly suited the lifestyle I’ve dreamed of

Decided to stick around🤝

Back to the sport I love for 3 games🏈

Then dislocated my peri-lunate bone and thus proceeded the hardest 6 months rehab I’ve ever had to do for an injury🥲

Finished the year off with trips to Madeira and Vietnam

After leaving corporate gym management and feeling stuck my goal was to travel more and see more of the world and we’re certainly achieving that whilst growing the one thing I truly feel passionate about which is coaching and helping people 🫡

A very good year done, now onto ‘25🎉

Hope you all have a phenomenal new year ❤️
