Today marks the big 10!
I absolutely love my work, and have to thank everyday for sparking it! As an injured marathon runner in 2013, I thought my body was done, however it was just the beginning thanks to and my YTT-200. Yoga and meditation are the scaffolding that support my daily life and work ♥️
Today marks a decade of completion of my SMART (stress management and resiliency training) facilitation training with Dr. Herbert Benson at the Benson Henry Institute and the beginning of my corporate lecturing and workplace wellness career!
It’s a world away from my previous career auditing at Deloitte, but today, I’m more passionate than ever about my work in the corporate wellness space! Connecting with individuals at the crucial intersection of work and personal well-being is truly a privilege.
Whether it’s indoors or out…I am so grateful to offer private sessions, classes, corporate trainings, workshops and retreats. It’s authentic sharing of my heart, my mind and body.
Grateful for you….my teachers, my community and excited to share another year together! Off we go into to another decade!

Today marked the beginning of something that just amazing…Mindful Outdoor Experiences plus we toasted white pine tea at the end!
Combining outdoors and nature with history, science, mindful movement, mindful breathing, mindfulness, and community building by delivering Kripalu-Certified Mindful Outdoor Experiences!
Who’s ready to explore nature with me?
I’ll be offering these experiences as stand alones and folding them into my local and Sedona retreats🌲🍁.

With over 100 Sedona Sisters who have joined Dre and me on the journey! 2025 will be the year of a grand Sedona Sisters reunion!! We need a really big space! We are so grateful for each you, and cherish our memories together in Sedona ❤️

Always a Girl Scout, a Ropes-Course instructor, a lifelong birder and naturalist and now it’s all official as a Kripalu-Certified Mindful Outdoor Guide. I couldn’t be more thrilled to combine mindfulness, mind body practices and education together outdoors! I am so excited to bring these skills on unique awe-inspiring experiences and retreats! This was the starting point for today’s discussions on self-care Ironwood Pharmaceuticals a Boston-based pharmaceutical company. It really makes you think, right?
Using the foundations of coaching, today’s participants mindfully assessed their own values, learned the essentials of self-care, and explored the neuroscience behind stress and habit formation. Each participant walked away with a self care plan to help set them up for success!

It was the most incredible morning at the beach today!! It felt like a coming home to family, and the positive energy was palpable. ☀️
Every summer we meet on the shared path of yoga, live music and sound at the beach. Strangers become friends and we grow as a community.

Tonight was a powerful night of meditation ❤️ and even brought tears to a few.
We spend the first half inside seated with breath centering, body scanning and sound therapy and the second half we practiced outdoor walking meditation and standing meditation witnessing the beautiful end of day sunlight. Our theme was all about “arriving home” in our mind, body and spirit. I cherish this practice and this memory.
