Energy Drinks: Not as Harmless as They Look ⚡🥤

• Caffeine overload = jitters, anxiety, heart strain
• May contain the caffeine equivalent of 2–3 cups of coffee or more
• Sugar bomb → spike, crash, more fatigue
• Cans may have over 50g of sugar
• Ingredients like guarana, taurine, and ginseng are often added increasing caffeine’s effect
• Hidden stimulants can stress your heart
• Risk of dehydration, especially with sports
• Not safe for kids & teens 🚫
• Energy drinks in the afternoon or evening can throw off sleep cycles, making fatigue worse
Bottom line: An occasional energy drink might not harm most healthy adults, but regular or heavy use — especially in combination with exercise or alcohol — can lead to serious health issues.
Real energy comes from sleep, hydration, and good nutrition — not a can.

Ni****ne Hooks Fast ⚠️🧠

Ni****ne addiction is one of the strongest and fastest-acting chemical dependencies out there — and it’s the reason quitting smoking or va**ng can feel like climbing a wall without a rope.
• Hits your brain in 10 seconds
• It triggers a dopamine release, giving a quick hit of pleasure and focus.
• Trains your brain to crave more
• Over time, your brain changes how it works, reducing natural dopamine production.
• Causes withdrawal: irritability, anxiety, low focus
• Damages teen & young adult brain development
• Raises heart rate & blood pressure

Ci******es, v**es, and ni****ne pouches are engineered to deliver a rapid, satisfying dose. The more you use, the deeper the addiction.
Truth: Ni****ne addiction is powerful — but you can break it with support and proven quit tools.

Va**ng ≠ Safe 🚫💨

Va**ng is often marketed as a “safer” alternative to smoking, but the reality is more complicated. While it may reduce exposure to some of the harmful chemicals found in traditional cigarette smoke, it’s far from harmless — and in some ways, it’s creating new health concerns we didn’t have before.

Vapes may have fewer chemicals than ci******es, but they still:
• Contain addictive ni****ne 🧠 Most v**e liquids contain ni****ne.
• Deliver toxic metals & chemicals to your lungs
• Can cause serious lung injury (EVALI) E-cigarette or Va**ng Product Use-Associated Lung Injury
• Have unknown long-term effects - long-term inhalation effects of many e-liquid ingredients simply aren’t known yet
• Hook teens & young adults fast - Va**ng has normalized ni****ne use again, among younger population
Fact: 5% ni****ne v**e is around 50 mg of ni****ne — double the amount of a pack of ci******es
If you don’t smoke, don’t start.
If you do smoke, there are safer, proven ways to quit.

🦴 What is Osteoporosis?
Osteoporosis weakens bones, making them fragile and more likely to break — even from small falls or everyday movements.
Often called a “silent disease,” it usually shows no symptoms until a fracture occurs.
📉 It happens when bone loss outpaces bone formation.
👩‍🦳 Most common in older adults, especially postmenopausal women.
⚠️ Risk factors: age, family history, low calcium/vitamin D, smoking, alcohol, and some medications.
✅ Prevention Tips:
• Eat calcium- & vitamin D–rich foods
• Do regular weight-bearing exercise
• Avoid smoking & limit alcohol
Take care of your bones now — your future self will thank you.
