Chronic illness can feel so difficult to improve or resolve because most of the chronically ill do NOT have just 1 label, 1 symptom, 1 imbalance in the body. 🫠

The complexity of having many different symptoms, syndromes, disease labels, and system imbalances is that you DO NOT fit nicely into any one box.🫤

Instead of focusing on the right general protocol for your body, focus on the ROOT causes and major needs of your body to create (with your health team) a SPECIFIC protocol that is unique to your specific body. 🙌🏼✅

This isn’t as easy upfront - it requires you to spend more time strategizing and creating a clear roadmap for your body. BUT, it saves you so much time, money, and heartache in the end, because you’ll have a much more efficient map to lead you to better health.❤️

My journey to healthy & thriving did not come easily. But, I did not give up.

I wished I would have paid attention to my STORY sooner. My story leading up to my health collapse.

This story held so many important insights, but it took me years to learn enough to know what to look for & what it all meant.

Your symptoms matter. The story of your life and health up to your chronic sympt
Outlining your story gives you and your health providers and healing team of professionals a deeper way to think about your situation.

Consider plotting out a health timeline for your health team. (And, find a health team that will take the time to read it!)❤️

Yoga and mediation aren't always the answer.😬 There. I said it.😉

Are they helpful tools? Absolutely.🙌🏼

BUT...do they address ALL aspects of why someone is struggling with:
🔥emotional outbursts
🔥anger issues
🔥extreme tantrums and meltdowns in childhood
🔥mystery anxiety or depression (no emotional trigger, it's just THERE)
🔥obsessive thoughts patterns, especially regarding past hurts
🔥low bandwidth for stressful situations, sometimes even mildly stressful situations
🔥limited emotional understanding of others
🔥limited ability to attune to your own emotional state
🔥limited ability to feel or express emotions
....No.

👉🏼I say this because of have worked with hundreds of clients who put incredible time and efforts into breathing exercises, yoga, meditation, mindset work, and other tools...and yet, they STILL struggled to get their brain to do what they wanted it to do: be calm and peaceful, even in the midst of life's stressors.🥺

✴️What I'm saying is that IF emotional tools like mediation don't seem to be enough for you...you're doing the habits, but you still feel like your fighting your brains impulsive thoughts and reactions...there may be a MISSING piece to the puzzle that you haven't addressed yet.✴️

And that missing puzzle piece, for so many people in our current, toxic world, is: TOXICITY IN THE BRAIN. ☠️🧠

The brain receives these toxic substances via contaminated tap water, by grilling in aluminum foil, by breathing in synthetic fragrances found in perfumes, colognes, and scented candles, and more.

⭐️Takeaway: If you're feeling STUCK with emotional struggles or reactive emotional patterns...make sure that you're addressing this struggle comprehensively.👈🏼👈🏼

🔥Adrenaline is produced in response to more situations than most people realize...so, people don't realize that the lifestyle they're living is actually one of self-medicating with adrenaline.😬

We self-medicate with adrenaline via substances and behaviors.🥴🫣

Adrenalizing Substances:
🔸Coffee
🔸Matcha Tea
🔸Green Tea
🔸Other Caffeinated Teas
🔸Energy Drinks
🔸Recreational or Party Drugs

Adrenalizing Behaviors:
▪️Under-eating (Too Few Calories)
▪️Skipping Meals or Fasting
▪️Staying Up Late (Ignoring Sleep Cues)
▪️Inadequate Sleep
▪️Hectic, Packed Schedule
▪️Overly Demanding Work Schedule
▪️Over-exercising
▪️Drama / Emotional Blowups
▪️High-Intensity Activities (cliff diving, skydiving, etc.)

Have you been self-medicating with adrenaline via what you consume and do...and not even know it? 🤔

🍳Back when I first got sick, I didn't think that eggs bothered me.🤷🏻‍♀️

I KNEW that gluten and dairy bothered me, because of the quick onset of severe symptoms that I would experience...but eggs, that took me YEARS to figure out!🥚🥚🥚

Food matters, but it's not just what you DO eat...it's also what you avoid eating that matters.⬇️⬇️⬇️

The food you choose to eat matters - it gives you the nutrients your body needs to stay healthy and strong.💪🏼

And, just as importantly, the foods you avoid eating can help you to stay healthy and strong, too.🙅🏻‍♀️

Eggs aren't inherently bad. BUT..and this is a big BUT...they have become a NO food because of their relationship with VIRUSES.🦠

🍳Eggs fuel the viruses 🦠 that attack humans. If you eat eggs, you're making your body a much more inviting place for viruses to live.😬

WHY EGGS?🍳🤷🏻‍♀️

In Microbiology, I learned🤓that there are only 2 mediums (environments) that human-infecting viruses can grow in...human tissue and eggs. So, in the research setting, they use eggs.🦠🥚🔬👩🏻‍🔬🧫🧪🍳🦠

backs this up in his new book, Brain Saver, when he says, "Eggs are the perfect food for viruses....this is because these viruses were originally raised inside chicken eggs in classified labs." (page 59, Brain Saver).

Why avoid eggs, gluten, and dairy this Thanksgiving?🤔

Quick answer: viruses.🦠

Many viruses create acute (short-term) reactions in our bodies - viruses like the common flu strains that go around. Symptoms like fever, vomiting, cough, congestion...they clearly start and end in a brief timeframe.🤒😷🤧🤢

BUT, there are many other types of viruses that nestle DEEPER into our bodies, creating a low-grade chronic infection that simmers for years and years, creating annoying symptoms like headaches, mood issues, weak limbs, restless legs, random electric zings, brain fog, grogginess, and low energy.😬

These annoying symptoms often BUILD over time into bigger issues, because we (unknowingly) continue to FUEL these viral infections with their favorite foods, including gluten, dairy, and eggs.😳

When you eat the foods that fuel the viral "army," that viral "army" gets bigger and produces more viral waste products, including NEUROTOXINS.🦠

What do viral neurotoxins do?🦠

Viral neurotoxins turn happy nerves into irritated, hypersensitive nerves.☹️

Many times, someone with a lot of viral neurotoxins will end up with a label like MS, lupus, Hashimoto's, Lyme, POTS, PCOS, or fibromyalgia.💔

Why avoid gluten, dairy, and eggs this Thanksgiving?⬇️

To protect your nervous system.
