Keisha: Losing over 100lbs Just a girl determined to reach my fitness goals. 89lbs lost through diet and exercise, a newborn baby, and 38 more lbs to go!! I have 38 lbs left to goal.

This page is dedicated to the last bit of my journey and anyone who is looking for motivation to take that first step. My Story: I started out at 277 lbs and lost 100 lbs through diet and exercise. I gained 50lbs during my pregnancy, which was a huge lesson learned. I am almost back at the 100 lb loss mark, however, my ultimate goal is 150. I am so excited to get there and am so thankful that I h

ave my son for added motivation. I'm just like everyone else, I get tired, I struggle, and I'm pressed for time (especially with the baby). I'm not perfect, but I hope giving insight into what it's like to lose over 100lbs will help someone else in their journey :)
