We are pleased to inform you that from the 1st of January 2025, Mother Meera will start to give Darshan again. This will take place exclusively in the Darshan Hall in Balduinstein/Schaumburg. From 7:00 to 7.15 PM there will be livestreamed meditation with Mother Meera in the Darshan Hall. The livestream will then be switched off and the Darshan will begin. From Monday to Friday, and during city trips, Mother Meera will continue to give online and live meditations. You can view Mother’s schedule and do bookings here:

Q: Is formal meditation important?
: Yes, to meditate a half an hour or an hour is good. But if one becomes fanatical, wants to leave one’s job, live alone and meditate twenty-four hours a day, that is not good.

Q: Are there other incarnations of the Divine Mother on Earth at this time?
: Yes, many. Some will be known, others wish to remain secret. The work of each is different. Each expresses a different aspect of the Divine Mother. My scope is very broad and more integral. I help people at all stages of life, and I also work with Sri Aurobindo and Sweet Mother.

Question: What is the difference between meditation online and meditation in person with you? Should I sit at home to watch meditation or come and sit in person with you?
Mother Meera: There is a lot of difference between sitting at home watching meditation and coming to group meditation with me. They feel different—we cannot compare them. When you are thinking about coming here, your concentration is already preparing for meditation. By the time you arrive, you are focused on the Divine. When you come into the meditation hall, you will notice a difference. The silence is alive. When meditation begins, I look directly at each person in the hall. When you sit in the hall with me, you can merge with the Divine, with your Guru. You can sink deeply into the silence, into the light, into the love.
Of course, you do not have to come to meditation in person. Some people like to
stay home, they don’t want to travel, and that is ok. But if you have the opportunity, you can come and feel for yourself the difference. Everybody will experience it differently.

Although I may be sitting here, I have my own way of traveling to other places. Although my body is in a particular place, I can simultaneously be elsewhere – Thalheim, for example. I know past, present and future simultaneously, so there is no duality. Awareness is always there, so there is only the One.

: However small we may be, it is helpful to ask Paramatman to remove our obstacles and those of others. Prayer always helps. In the eyes of Paramatman we are always small children.

Man has a physical life, a mental life, and a spiritual life. It is generally impossible for man to be always in the spiritual life. For some people the physical life dominates and for others the mental life or the spiritual life dominates. It is possible to open only sometimes to the Light.
