I want to tell you WHY I do what I do. I will say that my Why changes and evolves as my business changes and grows as well. As some of you may know, I have worked in health care as a nurse for many years. Well in Aug 2016 I needed to have heart surgery and in Nov 2016 I thought I would be able to return to my nursing career full time. I began to see that this wasn’t going to be the best for me with my health conditions. Flash forward to Sept 2017 when I saw a post made by a friend whom I worked with in nursing, about help wanted for the holidays. I messaged her and asked for more info. Now I had never really heard of Paparazzi (other than seeing her posts) and I had never tried the product. I decided to take a leap of faith and signed up Oct 3, 2017. I am no salesperson by any stretch of the imagination lol. I got my kit and was excited to start. My goal at that point was to be able to make extra money so that I could cut back my hours working as a nurse. I was also hoping with the reduction of nursing hours I could spend more time with my children and grandchildren as I have learned that time is precious and you never know when God will call you home. I had a rocky start but I continued and was determined to succeed. Jan 2018 I had ladies join my team and I ranked up to Director! This wasn’t even a thought when I started. I decided to quit my nursing job all together and give my business full time attention. May 2018 my team grew to 21 ladies and I ranked up to Premier Director!! My $5 Paparazzi Jewelry business paid for my trip to Las Vegas this year for Convention, it has help pay bills and trips to go visit my grandchildren. I have met some amazing people through this business as well. Customers have become friends and more like family. My Papa sisters and misters (yes we have men in this business too) have become an extended family as well. I love my team and we are all working hard to achieve our goals. I even go to meet and take a pic with one of the founders of the company!! So my WHY now is still to spend more time with family, but also to help my team excel to reach their goals and dreams. I would also like to become an Elite in the company and walk the stage at convention next year. I would love to see you join us and make your dreams come true.
