Returning to the body can be as simple as closing the eyes & breathing.
Placing a hand on your heart & belly.
And holding a sweet intention like softening.
The more you connect this way, the deeper your body begins to trust you again.
To trust you will take care of it.
And not abandon it.
For many, we have witnessed others, especially our caregivers, treat their body unkindly.
And this imprint runs generationally until we make it our priority to slow down.
Breathe.
Place a hand on ourselves lovingly.
And return to our own resonance.
