Ice baths, cold water immersion, cold therapy or whatever you want to call it has numerous benefits, with reducing inflammation and strengthening the immune system being a major ones. It also seems to help in healing various ailments and imbalances in our bodies.
Cold therapy gained some great popularity among people of all ages in my native Poland 🇵🇱, why? Because it works! But of course as with anything else, it is not for everyone. Certain precautions and preparation is necessary. Do your own research.

Try it out for yourself, it will definitely help you “Keep Going, Keep Moving, Stay Motivated” 😉
