Whether it’s you or your partner keeping the whole house awake… let’s break the snoring cycle with a few simple, science-backed tips. 💡

👄 To Stop Mouth Snoring:
➡️ Use gentle mouth tape like MyoTape to support nasal breathing at night.

Snoring isn’t just annoying—it’s a sign your airflow is struggling. When air can't move smoothly through your airway, it creates turbulence that makes tissue vibrate… hello, snoring sounds. 👃💨But not all snores are the same! There are two main types:

👉 Mouth snoring: Happens when you sleep with your mouth open, causing the soft palate to vibrate. Want a simple fix? Close your mouth and breathe through your nose. It’s almost impossible to snore this way!

👉 Nose snoring: Caused by restricted airflow in the nasal passages—think congestion or a deviated septum. The narrower the passage and the faster the airflow, the louder the snore.

Here’s the twist: it’s not just about structure. How you breathe matters. Fast, heavy breathing = more pressure = more turbulence = more snoring. 😮‍💨
