Exercise also provides coaching and support for integrating these solutions into everyday life. Exercise is as a personal trainer who believes in the body’s amazing ability to heal itself and has adapted techniques from a variety of different disciplines on his journey out of chronic pain.

At 84 years old, Abdullah the Butcher is still proving he’s got the same will and grit that made him a champion in the ring.

Once wheelchair-bound, “Abby” began training with DDP Yoga. As his health improved, his determination only grew stronger. Today, he’s able to stand on his own—and he hasn’t stopped training.

I’ve spent a lot of time around older wrestlers, and I can tell you… their strength isn’t just physical. It’s something deep inside—a relentless determination that refuses to fade, no matter the years or the battles they’ve faced.

Check out the current issue of Orono Weekly Times for my interview about the Eldoa Method. Eldoas are basically poses you hold thag decompress specific joints in the body. There is an eldoa for each disc of the spine and it can be particularly helpful for low back pain and spine issues. It's helped me a lot and I'm excited to bring eldoa to the Durham Region. Thanks!

ELDOA class at Oshawa Senior Community Centres is full and we have been moved to the big room to accommodate 5 extra people who were on the wait list. Now if only we can get people in Durham Region to care about things like posture and optimal joint health before they turn 55!
