Hey friends 🌿
It’s been a minute since I’ve shown up here. Over the past 6 months, I’ve been deep down in my counseling training — a real and at times beautiful ride that’s been stretching me in every direction.

The learning is intense.
The healing is real.
And the transformation is ongoing — not just in how I support others, but in how I care for myself.

I’m diving deep into nervous system healing, trauma processing, mindfulness and more compassion work
It’s tender. It’s powerful. And it’s reshaping the way I move through the world.

I’m ready to slowly return here — to share what I’m learning, what I’m unlearning, and how this path I’ve chosen continues to crack me open in all the right (🤞🏼) ways. Thanks for being here 🧡

It’s the Winter Solstice Season! 🕯️❄️

Winter solstice marks the end of a major seasonal cycle and beginning of a very fresh and new one. Officially welcoming back the light. It can be a time of deep reflection on the past years growth, accomplishments, endings, challenges and intentions moving forward.

This is the season of the great PAUSE and if we can ensure we do indeed allow a PAUSE to occur we may be surprised with what we uncover. This may require some strong boundaries and the ability to say NO to what doesn’t serve us and YES to what we deeply need.

Pausing doesn’t necessarily mean sleeping all day and staring at the wall (although for some this may be what is needed!) Pausing the status quo, stepping out of auto pilot and allowing our hearts to lead, while prioritizing joy, connection, presence, nature, slowing down, honouring your needs and allowing some silence are all wonderful ways to fall into a winter pause.

What are the values you want to ground into this season?
What will you say NO to this time of year?
What does your heart want to say YES to!?
Can you bring the quality of the winter pause into regular daily tasks?

I truly hope you can receive what you need this holiday season and emerge into the new cycle refreshed and renewed :) 🕯️❄️❤️
