Spring starts tomorrow coinciding with our entry into Aries season! ♈️ 🌸
In Traditional Chinese Medicine Spring represents regeneration, renewal and new beginnings.
Aries is the first sign in the zodiac and represents the Self. It represents the initiatory pulse that sparks all of life. Charging ahead with courage, bravery, and a pioneering spirit, Aries shows us how to go after what we want with energy and passion.
Having moved from Winter and Pisces season, a time where we have been conserving resources and have potentially had to let something go, we now move into Spring and Aries season, where we begin again.
Taking care of our liver and gallbladder will support us in the release of the old to make way for the new during this time 🥦 🥗 🍎
Here are a few helpful tips:
1.) Eat at least a serving of greens a day such as dandelion greens, watercress, arugula, kale, beet greens, spinach, or collards 🥬
2.) Eat lots of fiber! Beans, oats, veggies, fruits, nuts and psyllium husk or flax are all great sources 🌰 🫘 🍉 🍌 🥕
3.) Get enough sleep. The liver and gallbladder are rejuvenating and supporting the body from 11pm-3am so try to go to bed before 11 😴 💤
