This is real!! The fact that she is suffering and has found something that helps her but it’s illegal in her state saddens me. She wants to foster children but can’t if she uses THC oil because they are drug tested. Antidepressants did not help her and actually alter your brain and cause these zaps as well. She can’t function and foster children in her current state. These brain zaps are horrible and she is 100 % real in this video. Although hers are not caused by SSRI withdrawal you can still see how debilitating this is. I give her so much credit for exposing herself like this and reaching out. Mental health is so important ... I don’t understand how we have gotten so far away from this.

I need feed back from everyone and anyone ... sufferers of depression, anxiety, chronic pain, illnesses, anything mind, spirit or body related — in the CORNING and surrounding area .... what types of things / services do you wish were more available to you for supporting the issue? I am leaving it as a broad question to narrow it down at a later time.

Please share this with everyone you know, you never know who is suffering, most people do it silently.

There is one thing I have learned also is that all you really can do is love your way through it. Being surrounded by people who love you make the days a little less gray. There is nothing that can be said to the person and they don’t want possible explanations. All they know is that they have lost someone they love very much whether it be by death or other means of being separated from the person.

The last few days have felt like a living nightmare. Like a dream that feels familiar but it isn't. Triggers.
People laugh because it's a haha joke nowadays... but the flashbacks from past situations due to recent news in my life are so bad that I could literally crawl into a hole with my head between my knees. My skin is crawling. I am sucking in the pain from everyone I love. I'm exhausted and so sad. Drugs have taken so much from my life. From so many other peoples lives.

I don't want any sympathy. That wasn't the point. I'll get through it and I'll be okay, I am strong.
.. Maybe though... being so flat out and honest about the Hell I feel inside so much of my life, although I've moved on completely and changed my whole environment, will help someone else.
