For many years I’ve tried this “mediating” thing.

I’ve tried to sit and just be and I couldn’t. It was too much for me.

Too loud. Too noisy. Too much ME.

Ahhh too much me.
In a world where were taught to be less of a “me”
And more of a “them”.
A world where authenticity is a “rare” commodity.

I found my place.
I continue to find my place.
Right here.
In this skin.

A place where I’ve done everything to run away.
To leave this skin.
To run from everything it’s been through.
To abandon the memories left unseen.
The secrets it holds.

Yet, here I am.
Being led back home.
In the oddest and most differnt way.

I’ve recently been asked to “submit” in this way.
Facing the north.
Put my big picture window.
In position.

The things I’ve heard.
The asks of me.
The devotion it’s pleading.

Oh what a different way to live.
To feel the internal powers rising.
To feel myself being in submission to my own Dom and Sub.

To being shown the very next step,
Taking action and following,
Then to be rewarded.

To know the trust I am building within myself.
To know the ways I can edge myself to a new level.
To know that I am in control and in surrender.

I don’t care how vanilla you may be or how extreme-
Everyone deserves this self freedom.
