Anyone have any good resources on hiring??? No idea what to do as far as pay structure, benefits, etc. I am still solo, renting out a treatment room but I am at the point where I think I could bring on another PT. This would also mean a bigger space will be needed⊠so many decisions!

I've got quite a few videos and podcasts about hiring and leading a team.
There are a few steps in this process.
1. You need a clear job description and roles for the therapist
2. You need to know how much and how you'll compensate them
Salary, base plus commission, straight commission
1099 vs W2 employee
3. You need a payroll system
4. You need to be able to fill their schedule
5. You might need to raise your rates to be able to pay a great salary plus pay for the expenses and keep some $ for yourself
6. You need to SELL The Opportunity, Lifestyle and position
7. You need a great ad for Indeed, Linkedin and other platforms, plus an application process so you're not spending all your time sifting through junk resumes
8. You need a contract and be sure they sign all the documents required by the government and your state.
9. We may be able to stay where you are or may need to move locations 1st. It's hard to know without having more info and knowing your goals and your business better.
10) Book in a New Patient Strategy Call so we can make a plan to hire and fill your teamâs schedules.
We work on the hiring process with a lot of our Platinum Mastermind members as they grow their business through our Platinum Roadmap and if you'd like some help, shoot me a DM with the word âhiringâ, or go to www.CallWithAaron.com we can hop on a quick call and see if there is something that we can do to help you scale your business.
