The grace of Source is felt in so many ways, through so many experiences and people.

All the forms, all the expressions are the One Source expressing itself to love us.

To recognize, receive and remember is all there is.

When I first met Sri Sri Ravishankar in 2004 or 2005, I was full of judgment for him. Yet I felt an energy I had known since I was a child. I felt it in church every time singing in the Sunday morning Children’s mass choir and it used to make me cry. It bewildered me. Then many things happened, life happened and he has been one of the catalysts in my Self recognition.

In full transparency, before he came to Cayman last week, I was experiencing resistance with no story. I know resistence is an invitation to breakdown, breakthrough, breakdance. So I welcomed it as awful as it felt in the physical body. I was fighting saying yes to something in myself, an inevitability. Something that felt like an answer to aeons of prayers, mine and collective. How could it be true mind was asking. “It’s too simple” mind said. “ people enjoy complication and information.”

The minds reasoning was endless and yet…

So that evening I sat watching Gurudev speak, simply, joyfully, empty and full. No jargon. No theories. No agenda.

I looked around the full ballroom and everyone was vibing with the joy that had come alive in them, the simple recognition and alignment with how Source created us.

Something shifted in nano seconds. I didn’t know what it was. I didn’t realize till the following night when asked me a question.

I recognized that the little girl who always knew she was joy and tried to grow up and gather knowledge and be taken seriously in a world where joy needed a stimulus, a cause, an achievement to bring it on was set free to be joy, share joy and be the free soul she is.

Joy….joy….joy to personally meet and have these wonderful humans meet one of my gurus, Sri Sri Ravishankar.

You are light, you are heart-centered leaders and changemakers. You are intelligent. You are reflective, interospective and discerning. You are loving and open hearted.

I am so humbled to know you, to serve you, to plerk with you.

I am still awestruck at the miraculous chain of events from the years that brought Gurudev’s teachings to me and compounded with so many other gurus and teachers and Grace of Source, to you.

I am in awe of each of your journeys and the way you walk the path.

I am truthfully, ease-fully excited for how each of us and our island is shifting. All the grace of Source.

Thank you to my student and friend for “dragging” me to meet Gurudev back in 2006.

Thank you and Chhavi for constantly reminding me of Gurudevs work through your devotion to service and for leading me to Babaji.

PS: I didn’t get a picture with each of you. But the energy imprint is deep in my heart.

From sudarshan to svadarshan. A journey that started by chance 24 years ago with sudarshan kriya and exploded into svadarshan. No kriya, non doing, allowing, grace!

To know yourself as the Self

To know that by knowing which all things are known.

When your day is lit up by two beings illuminated by Source. Gurudev Sri Sri Ravishankar and my dear teacher Stuart Schwartz in the lineage of Ramana Maharishi. And to Swami Sivananda who I never met in human form who reminded me “You are a spark of Divinity, assert this and roam freely.”

Grace. Joy. Nothingness.

Experiments with resistance. When it comes, I want to resist resistance, I want it gone. I’m too busy the mind says, have I not worked enough? Noticing the mind. It is not me. So I come to the body again and offer Source the resistance. The fear, the longing, the pain it pours out. There is energy but no emotion, no story. It is not of me. I watch it. Whirling even, I notice the desire for control of the speed, to stay safe, to end without falling. I watch it all, none of it is me. I stay focused on Source on is-ness and then something takes over, I dare say a love like no other… not whirling but being whirled and yet in freedom of will(ingness).

In the second video I really challenged myself as Source losing the focal point of the center of the palm to whirl and stop without much slowing down. But it wasn’t me. 😉

I’ve always whirled as most little children do. Very grateful to my friend and teacher for giving me some structure and guidance.

I’m not mincing my words today. I have been quiet and polite for too long. Just saw a C-suite leader who was told she needs more rounds of IVF. No reports were provided from last rounds, she was told her ovaries are lazy. It seems it’s a clinical term. 🫨The doctors didn’t answer her questions about s***m quality from both times.

We just processed a lot of self rejection. While there are many considerations for lack of fertility, they all fall under a deficiency of nutrition, movement, connection and rest.

Lack of fertility is not infertility forever. In most cases from my professional practice, it has been reversed.

We are telling women you’re “not enough”. We’re saying “do more, be more, prove more”. Women are exhausted, holding rage inside while pretending to hold it together outside.

The industry profits incessantly from this. When you think you suck for being infertile, you don’t think to search about the industry, the lack of knowledge base around whole human anatomy (physical, mental, energetic, informational, consciousness).

You buy more treatments to pull yourself together, to hold yourself together, to FIX and TREAT yourself instead of MEET what is calling for attention through discomfort, anxiety, dis-ease.

My client was aghast at these numbers and projections. Stunned and then angry. I would be too if I had spent thousands on IVF and been dismissed and told my eggs r pretty useless.

I’m not against treatments, I’m saying, we need a knowledge base to understand health that allows us to be discerning. That is not in school, not in homes and not in medical school that looks at humans as a sum of physical body parts not whole human anatomy.

Knowledge is power, application of knowledge is where wealth creation lies.

Wealth is health, money, creativity, the ability to have choices, freedom of time and rest, energy abundance, presence, connection with Source, self and loved ones.

Be discerning. Be open.
