If you’re playing survival mode through life, try changing the game. (Unless you like survival mode)
Like any game there’s settings and preferences.
When we are young we are taught how to preset our settings. However as you get older you need to learn about your user manual, how things work, what settings work best. Then you need to understand there’s different levels to different games and different games for different people.
If your interested in what game your playing or maybe you intuitively already know, I welcome you to do this quick meditation. I highly recommend doing this twice- once to read it through and the next time to try with your eyes closed and see if you notice any changes.
We start with your breathing. Take three deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth. Allow yourself to connect with your inner knowing. Imagine being in a game room. This can look like an arcade, your own living room, a place you played games as a child….
Think of your life and how it’s been going for you. What game comes to mind when you think of your life?
Do you see yourself fighting? Do you see yourself racing? Do you see yourself playing survivor?
Take a moment to really see and connect with this experience, how it makes you feel.
Take the controller in your hand and feel yourself playing your own game that represents your life.
Again checking in with your feelings and asking yourself how you feel.
When you are ready to change this experience, let go of the controller, and either change the game your playing or walk to a new game- but the game you now are drawn to is called “I Win” or “I Did It” or
“Success Is Mine” or “ Peace and Freedom”
Be mindful what name comes to mind. I personally like to use “I win” - start playing the new game. See yourself playing this new game and again ask yourself how you feel.
- the point of this experience is to recognize your own frequency and what your putting out, how you see your experience of life and to recognize you have the power to change it.
The second half is to change your frequency allowing more positive experiences to happen without you blocking them from happening.
Whatever you believe you will receive. It’s your mind that’s either a paradise or a prison.
