Motherhood shifts your centre, your spine, your heart. But it also deepens your awareness.
This is the strongest I’ve ever been mentally within my practice - even if it looks slower. 💛

Sometimes my warm-up is now 80% of my practice, but that feels good.

To all the mamas moving differently post-babies: I see you. You’re not "less" flexible - you're more attuned.♥️👏

Yoga teachers aren't just guiding movement...
Were holding space.

For the overwhelmed mum who just needed a breath of her own.
For the man carrying silent grief in his shoulders.
For the teen learning to feel safe in their own body.
For the beginner who's never stepped on a mat but showed up anyway.

We hold space for stillness, for softness, for strength.
We remind people that they are enough, exactly as they are — no flexibility or fancy poses required.

Every exhale in class is a quiet act of healing.
And every class is an invitation to come home to yourself.

To my fellow yoga teachers — what a beautiful, sacred role we get to play. 🫶

Yoga has been my soft place to land! 🧘‍♀️
After a few years of turbulence.. (since the days of covid actually) and moving countries again, navigating motherhood, feeling like the ground beneath me constantly shifting, I didn't realise how deeply my nervous system was just hanging on!
I often would ignore the signs to slow down and mask it with a big fat coffee ☕ and an adrenaline fueled workout! (And still do at times)!
There were definitely times over the last 5 years where I didn't feel safe and felt out of control in my physical body and my mind. Rough as I had never really experienced anxiety like that before.

When I first started practising yoga, I was so excited about getting into the most flexible poses and now .. it's more about coming back into my body and reminding myself "Hey girl.. you're safe"!

Some days I roll out the mat just to breathe and exist without rushing..
Some days, the stretches feel good. Other days it's just about beings still!
But when I practice, it helps me feel a little more grounded, both as a woman and a mum!

If you're in the season where things feel too much..this is a reminder to roll out your mat, to slow down and come back to your breath. 🧘‍♀️🙏Yoga is great support for healing ♥️

Hey Sydney...

After a few wild, beautiful years of babies, bedtimes, and backpack adventures — I’m finally stepping back into my yoga teacher role. ✨

Motherhood has stretched me in every direction, but it’s also deepened my love for movement, breath, and the magic of slowing down. And now… I’m so excited to be teaching yoga again! 🧘‍♀️💛

Whether you're a fellow mum needing a moment of calm, someone looking to reconnect with your body, or just craving a safe space to breathe and move — I believe I can help you..

Let’s flow, feel, laugh, and maybe cry a little on the mat together. The chaos is welcome. The journey is real. The vibe? Peaceful…ish. 😉

Classes starting soon in Sydney northern beaches – stay tuned for times, locations & other bits and bobs yoga and wellness related!

Equally if you're a studio or fellow yogi who is looking for a cover teacher or a new teacher I'd love to hear from you. I have 7 + years teaching experience In Sydney and the UK and am ready to get back in the flow🙏
