T4 Spinal Cord Injury Milestone - Ryan at Project Walk Boston
The person on the left is not the person who came into Project Walk today. The man who came in was down and needing some inspiration. Ryan St. Lawrence flashed this picture and said, "get me back to doing this". The video on the right is from yesterday's session, where he not only got back on a bike, but showed us the grit and determination of the man in the picture on the left. For the first time since his injury, Ryan pedaled a bike, unassisted, for over 100 continuous repetitions. Don't let your injury change the person you are. Keep grinding. | via Project Walk Boston
