Happy Thanksgiving family! Yes, you can eat a little of all the goodness today but you don't have to eat yourself into a comma and reverse all the hard work you've done. Eat responsibly :)

I always recommend taking a multivitamin when dieting.  Why? Because when dieting we tend to exclude certain foods that are necessary to provide the body with our recommended daily intake of vitamins. One thing I have found beneficial lately are probiotics.
