ALLOW ME TO INTRODUCE MYSELF:

You can call me Alex. I'm a physiotherapist who has been working in the Mid North Coast for 5 years. I am passionate about helping people get out of pain, and I advocate especially for the people who have not gotten the results they hope for from other forms of treatment. I understand how it feels to be lost; when the experts seem to not have the answers, and when you feel like you've been put in the "too hard" basket. Although I admit I'm not perfect, and I don't have ALL the answers, I have years of experience in many cases of being the person that does. No matter how long you've been dealing with pain, I always give it my best shot and do what I can to help you get your life back.
