Yoga Is My Therapy Meg is a Yoga, Pilates + Mindfulness teacher and Yoga Therapist located in High Park, west Toronto. Her practice is safe, inclusive and accessible.

Established in 2013 in Toronto, I’ve helped dozens of individuals find more ease in daily life while overcoming injury, healing an illness, living with chronic pain or auto-immune disease, and other challenges. I specialize in working with breath, movement, Ayurveda and Mindfulness and have had particularly great success in supporting those with anxiety, depression, attention deficit disorder, mood disorders, disordered eating, sleep challenges, adrenal fatigue, chronic pain and trauma.

Our Story

M E G W A L S H, BFA

Certified Yoga Therapist, Yoga/Mindfulness/ Pilates teacher, student of psychodynamic psychotherapy supporting bio-psycho-social healing with Yoga. My practice is safe, accessible and inclusive.

Established in 2014 in Toronto, I’ve helped dozens of individuals find more ease in daily life while overcoming injury, healing an illness, living with chronic pain or auto-immune disease, and other challenges.
