Fun story
Was listening to the wind the other day, I asked what would be helpful for us humans to implement when we feel the heaviness of the physical body & world, how can we "get around" with more ease, like the breeze?!

"By not holding onto things' I move, I am free. Things I pick up, I let go, no thing ways me not at all down."
