Just a reminder that 13 is actually a really powerful number. There are 13 moons each year, which is how our ancestors tracked time for thousands of years. The number 13 has long been connected to cycles, intuition, and lunar wisdom. So when people call it “unlucky,” remember that’s a pretty recent idea.

Your Centres shape the way you experience energy every day.

In Human Design, your Centres play a huge role in how you process energy, emotions, and decision-making. Each Centre in your chart is either Defined (coloured in) or Undefined (white).

✨ Defined Centres – These are areas where your energy is consistent and reliable. You operate from these Centres in a fixed way, no matter who you are around.
✨ Undefined Centres – These are areas where you take in and amplify energy from others. You are more fluid and adaptable here, which can lead to wisdom or conditioning.

💡 For example:
💜Defined Emotional Centre – You experience emotions in your own way and on your own timeline.
🤍Undefined Emotional Centre – You feel others’ emotions deeply and may struggle to separate them from your own.

💜Defined Head Centre – You have a steady way of processing ideas and inspiration.
🤍Undefined Head Centre – You take in inspiration from others and may feel pressure to figure everything out.

Understanding your Centres helps you work with your energy instead of against it. Once you recognize where you are consistent and where you are more open to influence, you can start making aligned decisions and letting go of what is not yours.

Knowing your Strategy is one thing. Trusting it enough to actually use it is another.

Each Energy Type in Human Design has a built-in Strategy that helps things flow more easily. For many people, using their Strategy feels unnatural at first because it challenges the way they have been conditioned to operate.

✨ Generators – Your best opportunities come when you respond to what excites you. If something feels frustrating, step back and wait for something that feels right.
✨ Manifesting Generators – You are here to move quickly, but skipping steps can lead to frustration. Respond first, then inform others before taking action.
✨ Projectors – Invitations and recognition allow your wisdom to land. Instead of forcing things, focus on mastering your skills and attracting the right people.
✨ Manifestors – You do not need permission, but informing others before you act makes everything flow more smoothly. Trust your urges, but remember to rest when needed.
✨ Reflectors – Time is your greatest tool. Big decisions become clearer when you allow yourself to experience different energies over a full lunar cycle.

At first, Strategy can feel like doing nothing when you are used to pushing and chasing. The more you lean into it, the more you will notice things falling into place.

I wasn’t hooked on Human Design right away.

I was intrigued, but honestly? I saw no reason to invest more time in it than I had with other personality tests. It seemed interesting, but I wasn’t convinced it was worth diving deeper.

Then, I looked up my kids’ charts.

That’s when everything changed. 🤯

✨ Their charts were so accurate for who they are.
✨ I could literally see how different they were, not just in personality, but in how their energy worked.
✨ For the first time, I understood how to support them in a way that actually worked for them (instead of what worked for me)

That was the moment I realized Human Design wasn’t just another personality test. It was a practical, real tool for understanding ourselves and each other.

✨ Manifesting Generators (33%) – The multi-passionate movers. You work fast, love variety, and thrive when following what excites you. Your strategy is to respond first, then inform others before taking action.

✨ Projectors (20%) – The guides and visionaries. You see things others miss and are here to work smarter, not harder. Your strategy is to wait for the invitation before sharing your wisdom.

✨ Manifestors (9%) – The initiators and trailblazers. You are here to start things and make things happen. Your strategy is to inform others before taking action.

✨ Reflectors (1%) – The mirrors and wisdom keepers.
You absorb and reflect the energy around you. Your strategy is to wait a full lunar cycle before making big decisions.

Let’s talk about some Human Design myths I hear all the time. 👀

❌ You have to follow your chart perfectly, or it won’t work.
❌ Certain types can’t be leaders.
❌ It’s just another personality test.

None of these are true. Human Design is not a rigid system or a box to fit into. It’s a guide to help you understand how you naturally operate so you can make choices that feel right for you.

Once you start applying it, you’ll see how even small shifts can make a big difference.

I never thought I’d leave teaching. It was what I was meant to do… or so I thought.

I always loved helping people learn, making things clear, engaging, and practical. Teaching felt like the obvious path, but something felt off.

I was drained, frustrated, and constantly questioning myself. I knew I was meant to teach, but I didn’t feel aligned with the way I was doing it.

Then I found Human Design, and suddenly everything made sense.

💡 I learned that my energy wasn’t designed for the traditional way of working.
💡 I saw how I was forcing myself into a role that didn’t support my strengths.
💡 I realized I could still teach, but in a way that felt truly right for me.

Now I help others understand their own energy so they can stop forcing what isn’t working and start living with more ease and flow.

✨ Your energy matters. Your design matters. And when you understand it, everything shifts.
