4 things you can do today for longevity:
1. Sweating 20 mins daily: my favorite way is Infrared Sauna : sweating supports detox to reduce your toxin load and inflammation + improves sleep
2. Red light therapy: for improvement of energy (helps with mitochondrial health aka powerhouse of your cells) & skin glow
3. 4-7-8 breathing before bed to deepen sleep. Inhale 4, hold 7, exhale 8. It shifts your body into a relaxation state.
4. Eat antioxidant-rich, real whole foods. Think colorful fruits, veggies, herbs, and spices. These fight inflammation and support cellular repair.
