🌟 From Personal Trainer to Wellness Warrior aka Health Coach🌟

In 2008, I wore two mottos proudly: "Train insane or remain the same" and "Party like a rockstar, train like an athlete." I was that trainer, pushing you to your limits, all while urging you to hydrate as I downed my Rockstars.

Fast forward to 2023, 15 years of learning, evolving, and understanding our bodies better. My perspective has shifted: "It's easier to train hard than to train smart." The real challenge isn't just in the sweat and grind, but in the strategy and understanding. Remember, you cannot out-train poor sleep, nutrition, hydration, and stress management. Now, more than ever, I stand by the importance of pounding water and prioritizing holistic wellness.

Let's embrace this new chapter together. Train smarter, not just harder. Hydrate, rest, and nourish yourself. Because your well-being isn't just about the hours you spend in the gym, it's about the hours you spend taking care of your whole self. 💪❤️🥤
