Feel the earth and be.
Remembering is a wellspring where we see.
See who we are and who we were.
Memories held in all our relations –
The plants, the animals, waters, sun, and moon.
Always the right time to shed our cocoons.
Remember and shed.
Lay old patterns, old behaviors, down to bed.

The light of love resides in all of creation. When you pay attention to the most powerful forces like grandfather fire, you can learn so much about yourself and everything else. Watching and connecting with the fire the other week I saw how effortlessly love can ignite and expand when nurtured. As me and the fire connected I saw sparks of love reaching out to embrace the whole forest. As I tended to the fire my heart was touched. We fed each other. This is relationship and respect.

To keep the fire in our heart strong and bright we must feed it well with all the things that touch us and raise our vibration. Full attention to our hearts is most important so we don't miss any dimming, continue feeling and nourishing ourselves.

Cultivating presence and awareness allows us to tend to our own hearts with the same intuitive understanding and care that we offer to grandfather fire, feeding it in the way that allows his flames to burn brightly and ascend even higher.

We deserve to be loved for who we are and that first means learning to love ourselves as we truly need.

Feeling and healing requires space and even more space is required when we choose to use to work with really powerful plants. It's not something to be taken lightly. Everything that lives deserves respect including yourself. Acting respectfully is to look at not just drinking medicine but asking yourself do I have time to take in and integrate the lessons that will come from drinking medicine? , am I willing to make space for teachings or am I expecting the medicine to just heal me there and then?, am I ready to feel?- tough emotions can come to surface that are deeply embedded, am I ready to take responsibility for my sh*t?

There are many things to take into consideration before one goes making decisions to embark on very powerful healing processes in ceremonies or through dieting plants.

For anything to be a healing process you need to have and make the space, feel safe and have at least some trust in whatever process you choose to go through. When that exists we can begin to surrender to it all and the magic can do it's work 💚🌱✨

We are beings of pure love, our soul sits in the heart. Feeling is our language. The most I have learnt is through feeling, the most I have achieved is through feeling, the most I have understood is through feeling, the most I have let go is through feeling and most of my healing and growth has been through feeling. The most loving thing we can gift ourselves is to be here now feet on the floor present. Feeling, experiencing. Presence is the greatest present. There is so much beauty at our feet to be enjoyed. Being here is a blessing. We can't trust or feel safe in life without our feet on the ground. Both are vital things for us to be able to move through and forward in life. Growing as everything grows.

Ayahuma has pulled me to the earth into her roots, showed me my power and strength and danced with me through every ceremony over the month in the jungle. I have a lot of love for this beautiful, powerful feminine tree. She's protected me and will always be there for me in ceremonies from now on. Her presence is strong and has and is a great present to me 🙏🏽💚🙏🏽love you thank you and respect Ayahuma xo Teacher, protecter, healer x

The most powerful healing can take place when one's walls come down, when there is safety and trust amongst all. Always feels a great honour to work with Madre. I love you. And big love and respect always for those who have the courage willing to step into all parts of themselves- to see, to feel, to clean and heal. There is always more space to be made for love. Inside out. ❤️😘🙏🏽

The Sun in the East brings enlightenment and illumination. This is where a deeper truth is accessed. The truth that we can only find in our hearts. The heart must be filled and that is our own responsibility to do so. Remember to face the sun or the light that welcomes us each day and welcome him back. Spend time with Father Sun and he will gift us with his great energy that can burn through all limitations. He will fill your soul with such a force you can do anything. Don't forget to give thanks for this great blessings.- most important.

Beautiful rose and cacao sound healing ceremony yesterday. First one collaborating with Drift Away Wellness big love sis .Thank you and love to those who came to share, receive and open together. Walls around our hearts melted away and tears poured for some. Thanking cacao for bringing a forceful fire up our hearts and for rose showing us we can be beautiful, soft but with strong boundaries🔥. Nature always gives us powerful warm hugs we need to help us be and sound helps everything move through us. Next one to come in the new year now.
