In our fitness and health journey we are often talking about how we need to be doing less. Eating less calories, less carbs, less fats, drinking less alcohol, being less stressed and the list goes on.

Rather that promoting a restrictive mindset with less, what if we shifted our focus to more?

What could we do more of to get to the level of health and fitness we desire??

Perhaps more walks with the dog, more fruits and veggies, more water, more sleep, more meditation, more yoga, more mindfulness, more trips to the gym, more bike rides, more active adventures with friends...just a few examples. 😉😊💞

When you flip the script in your head to "more" you can create a growth mindset rather than a restricted or limited one. Doesn't that sound like a much more enjoyable journey🙌

Take actionable steps. Find some healthy behaviors that you actually enjoy and DO MORE OF THAT!!!😘
