תחילה אשתף בסיפור אישי:
האדם שאני היום איננו האדם שהייתי.
עד גיל 29 הייתי בחורה חסרת מודעות, שתיינית, מעשנת, עושה שטויות. בורחת מהמציאות. ואז, לפני 10 שנים, קיבלתי wake-up call מהיקום: תאונת עבודה גרמה לי לפריצת דיסק חמורה צווארי. לא יכולתי לצאת מהבית במשך 9 חודשים ונכנסתי לדיכאון עמוק. לאחר שעברתי ניתוח שהיה מסוכן מאוד, החלה נקודת המפני של חיי. החלטתי לבחור אחרת. מהריסות חיי אספתי את עצמי והתחל

הכשרת מנחה לאלכימיית תנועה

החיים הם תנועה; רגש בתנועה. 🌀
💫 המסע שלי
לפני 18 שנה, החיים הציבו בפני אתגר – דיסק שהחליט קצת לזוז ממקומו ועברתי ניתוח;
במשך תשע חודשים לא יכולתי לרקוד (זה היה עינוי!). כשחזרתי סוף סוף לרחבת הריקודים; הרגשתי כאילו הנשמה שלי ערכה מסיבה והזמינה את כל תאי גופי.
מאז, יצרתי והובלתי אין ספור סדנאות תנועה.

לפני כ-10 שנים שהסתובבתי לי עם המוצילה בהודו עברתי הכשרה להעברת סדנאות תנועה.
כבר לפני ההכשרה העברתי סדנאות; הקורס הזה סידר לי את מה שכבר העברתי באופן טבעי נתן לי עומק וקצת סמכות כדי להישמע יוקרתית כשאני מסבירה למשפחתי מה אני עושה 😀

Who am I?

I am a stundent and a teacher.
Walking the path of awakening and self realization.

I have 16 years experience with rebirthing breathwork and was lucky to support so many beautiful souls on their path.

I am a p.h.D in chemistry and I am much more passionate about alchemy.

I am a trauma informed therapist.
I use many modalities such as soul retrieval: womb healing; body work;reik; theta healing and sound healing.

I am a ta**ra and a yoga teacher; a meditation instructor and a dance alchemy facilitator.
I enjoy sharing women circles and cacao sharing workshops as well.
