After Graduating University with a BSc (Hons) degree in Sports Therapy in 2008 I started to expand my Knowledge by working in local Sports Clubs and Gym Facilities to gain hands-on experience before providing a freelance service since 2010 helping clients with tailor made advice, Sport Massage, Strength & Conditioning, and Rehabilitation including Personal Training, as well as Nutrition & Weight M

anagement. Knowledge gained from undertaking my degree and freelance operations also helps clients who don’t just suffer from Sport injuries, but who experience discomfort from repetitive work-based activities and also more chronic complaints, by providing hands-on assistance and Physical exercise advice to help maintain a discomfort-free lifestyle.
