Enjoy a powerful Yoga session with Aravind this week, Wednesday morning 8:00 - 9:30!

Born in Pondicherry and raised in Auroville - a community rooted in yoga, mindfulness, and conscious living. Aravind was introduced to spiritual practices early in life. He is now a dedicated teacher of yoga, meditation, and breathwork, with most of his teachings grounded in traditional sources.

For the past six years, he has regularly practiced at Wat Pa Saeng Tham, a forest monastery in Thailand, under the guidance of Venerable Phrakhru Santithammarangsi, further deepening his understanding of mindfulness and Dhamma.

Now based in Koh Phangan, Aravind shares breath-centered practices at retreats and wellness spaces. His approach is simple, steady, and compassionate helping people use the breath as a tool to calm the mind, release emotional tension, and return to presence.
