This is What I Do

I have been in the early childhood world since 1999. I retired in 2012 from being an Early Childhood Center/Camp Director, former preschool teacher, and preschool science specialist. I have combined my two passions, being with children and yoga. I currently am the Yoga Specialist at four early childhood centers in the St. Louis area. I believe children can learn at any early age how to breathe and relax, build body strength, and become empowered through the yoga poses. It is a gift that can be taken anywhere, anytime, and with anyone in the family.
