This online session will include a nervous system support practice and energy work. It’s a space to arrive, soften, and feel what it’s like to be held in wider belonging.

I invite you to join me for a free community R&R session. If it resonates, I invite you to join me for a weekly rhythm of noticing, by which I mean a weekly ritual of remembrance.

Together, we attend with care and community to a practice of connection;
we complete incomplete cycles in our bodies while held within a wider container of belonging;
we rest fully into what is always, already here, so that we can show up fully in connection with this support.

Join me this Sunday for a free 1-hr restorative energy medicine session.

R&R is a community offering to allow our hearts to be held, and to support our collective nervous system to re-balance and resource.

We rest in service of life.
We rest to honour our grief.
We rest to reconnect with our agency for aligned action.

We rest to resist, together.

This online session R&R will include a vagal toning practice and distance bodywork.

If you’d like to continue for a further 6 weeks of sustained support, you are invited to join a closed group of The Restoration Sessions on Sunday nights, offered at tiered pricing (and at no cost for those directly impacted by the ongoing Jenoside

Our Story

Anxious? Depressed? Feeling disconnected? Pranasacral offers a trauma-sensitive, non-invasive and integrative approach to your physical body, emotions, beliefs and spirit. Digestive disorders, chronic pain and insomnia all indicate a stressed system. We will work together to meet your nervous system where it’s at, and align with your resiliency. By reconnecting to your innate capacity for health, you can move away from pain, anxiety and despair. As your capacity grows, you deepen into ease, joy and connection. What to expect: The client remains fully clothed, while the therapist uses her hands to listen to the body. Informed by neuroscience, embodied anatomy and polyvagal theory, the client and therapist work together to allow the nervous system, organs and musculo-skeletal system to unwind tension patterns and trauma. This allows the body to release restrictions and correct imbalances, resulting in greater well-being, deeper relaxation and less pain. Mindfulness and yoga strategies may be incorporated to support the process.
