Big mahi from the NZ Māori Rugby League U15s who came through for recovery tonight.

The boys went through the full Te Wairere experience with cold plunge, magnesium mineral spa, sauna, and compression recovery, resetting body and mind before a big weekend ahead.

Such an awesome crew of young men from all over Aotearoa, with a few returning home from Australia to represent their heritage. Humble, respectful, and full of mana.

Was a real privilege to host you all and help restore the taha tinana, hinengaro, and wairua before your semis and finals.
