Fitness:1  Fat:0 Mother of 3 juggling family, career, and fitness! It's a crazy busy world, but we must take time and It wasn't just about me anymore. I am ready!!!

After having my youngest child I was at 282 pounds the heaviest I have ever been. I decided I was done being overweight and unhealthy and needed to change my ways, lose weight, & get healthy. I needed to set a good example for my children and be around to raise them. I did a ton of research on healthy eating and ways to lose weight. What worked best for me was tracking every single bite, lick, & t

aste. I lost a total of 107 pounds quit tracking and ended up gaining 50 pounds back. I've learned that it is a lifestyle change and ill have to apply myself everyday for the rest of my life. I have now lost 30 of the 50 pounds and I'm well on my way!
