Nutrition Counseling: This service will be for people who are currently working out and are at a stand still in their progress, because of their eating habits. It can also be for people who want to take the first step toward weight loss by changing their eating habits before starting an exercise program! A counseling session will last 30 minutes, and will cover everything from your personalized daily calorie expenditure, to explanation of Macro and Micro Nutrients. I will help you learn how to look at your diet and make changes for the better!*
Gym Orientation: This is for people who are already active, or already have a gym membership, but are not quite sure how everything in their gym works or can be utilized. Upon looking at the gym you are a member at I will help you learn how to use each and every machine, along with giving you a brief explanation of how to structure an effective workout! This orientation will be set-up ahead of time and will last about 30 minutes.*
