Hey Y'all, the first project on.the homestead is done, putting up a 16 foot gate a the front of the property 👍. I got a late start due to running some errands which also included buying the gate, post and cement. It was a hot, humid, long day buy we gotter done 🙂👍. Y'all have a great day and God Bless 🕊✝️🙏.

Hey Y'all, just got back to Idaho after a great Spartan Beast in Montana 🙂👍💯. Wow what a mud fest 😳, and yet it was a blast. Saw old friends and made a few knew ones, Spartan races have a way of drawing amazing people. Y'all have a great week and God Bless ✝️🕊🇺🇲.

Just hanging out at the pool. The water is a bit chilly so I am only putting my feet in. Chris says that after you are in for a bit you go numb and it doesn't feel as cold though. Lol

Chris and I had a great time at the Arizona Super 10K & Sprint 5K Weekend. I especially enjoyed the muddy dunk wall followed by the barbwire crawl. Who needs to go to a spa for a mud treatment just run a Spartan. 😂

Chris finished his Super at the Arizona Super 10K & Sprint 5K Weekend and had a great time doing it. We will be back tomorrow so we both can do the Sprint. We didn't get to do any last year. It is great to be back!
