POP UP & GIDDY UP!
Delighted to see that the recent Activator ‘Pop Up’ in Killarney has resulted in a 4-week programme! Taking place at the Racecourse campus, the programme is limited to 30 participants - and poles are available to borrow from the library. And there’s the option of a cuppa and chat afterwards! They think of everything in Kerry!!!

We're delighted to start a 4-week Activator Pole Walking Programme in conjunction with HeartBeat Killarney Kerry next week. This has come off the back of a very successful talk and pop-up demonstration delivered by our trained tutors over the last couple of weeks.

👉 You must go to Kerry Library in advance of the programme starting, to loan out the poles as none will be provided on the day

Course dates: Thursdays (11th, 18th and 25th September and 2nd October).
There's a café at the racecourse for refreshments afterwards and is available at your own expense on the day.
