I'm 40 and finally proud of who I am, what I have lived, and who I have become. I have a pure heart and a beautiful mind. I see the good and the positive in the world and in others. I am ME, a perfectly flawed, beautiful work in progress. I mess up, make mistakes, and continue to love myself for it. I whole-heartedly believe in lifting women UP, having their backs, and making it safe for them to b

e exactly who they ARE, unapologetically. I believe in supporting women on their journey to loving themselves, to gain confidence, and to pay that gift forward. I'm on a mission to raise the standards of how we treat each other and by first changing how we treat ourselves. By changing our expectations and raising our standards. Every time I look in the mirror, I remind myself that I am not alone, that I'm beautiful and every stage of this life, that my voice MATTERS, and that I am enough.
