I’m excited to share my new 28-Minute Winter Forest Yoga Nidra Nap now available on YouTube and Insight Timer.🧘‍♀️💤

This one was inspired by a rare snowy winter here in the South, and it includes a soothing visualization of a winter forest of your own imagination.❄️

I had forgotten just how transformative snow can be — turning everything into a peaceful, quiet wonderland. I wanted to capture that serenity and infuse it into this practice, so you can experience the deep tranquility that comes from walking through a snow-covered forest.❄️

This meditation is perfect anytime you need a boost of energy or grounding. 🌲💫

Back from a magical retreat week in Nosara, Costa Rica with my beautiful teachers .hypnotherapy that filled my heart and soul—yoga nidra, restorative yoga, sound baths, beach walks, floating in tidal pools, nourishing food, and the most incredible community of yogis. This year was extra special because I got to share it with my husband!

Returning home, I’m reminded that the true practice is bringing this sense of deep peace into daily life. With so much happening in the world, it feels more important than ever to ground into practices that cultivate calm, resilience, and compassion. 🙏
