Unwinding looks like many things, such as, allowing  your nervous system to decompress, move away from the noise, sit alone in silence, meditate, focus on the vagus nerve, take a break from social media and technology, walk, move your body, take a bath the list goes on. Regulating your mind and body does not happen from doing these things one time it comes from consistency.  We have to carve out time in our busy modern lives to function properly.
