Do you have a Quality Assurance Officer to oversee the fit and functionality of equipment?

Do you have a CE Compliance Officer to make sure that information / education is being completed and executed upon?

Do you have a bonus and incentive plan in place?

Do you have a system of tracking procedures: services diagnosed ? Services rendered ?

Do you have a clinical system for assessment and diagnosis?

Is the team in agreement that they are ready, willing and have the mental and energetic capacity to learn something new?

Do all providers (ahem, hygienists) have support to stay on time, as they transition to adding more services and modalities to the appt hour ?

So excited for this group of new grads to go out and make a difference in this dental world!

I asked each of them what sparked their interest in becoming a dental hygienist, and then I asked them what they wanted to get out of their career.

See, you have to have a mission, and envision the type of professional you want to be.

I’m fortunate to work with technology that attracts people who are willing to invest in advancing their skills, so they can work at their best and do better.
