A little about me

I am a licensed psychotherapist (LMHC), Board Certified Dance/Movement Therapist (BC-DMT), and an EMDR therapist, located in Miami, Florida at Miami Counseling & Resource Center. I am passionate about bringing resilience, creativity, hope and joy into the therapeutic process.

​I like to create a safe and encouraging therapeutic environment for my clients while we combine traditional verbal therapies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and EMDR with the expressive arts therapies of dance/movement, art, music, and writing to offer a unique and authentic approach to the journey of healing, growth, and discovery.

I enjoy watching my clients "get better", save and strengthen their relationships, reduce conflict in their families and relationships, set better boundaries, and experience a more meaningful and fulfilling life.
